Even a full team of NK fittings all hacking the tank in it's rear armor wouldn't out dps a tanks passive regen
If Preparation is half of the battle and knowing is the other half, Then there is no need to fight.

I don't understand why the nova knifes have av damage, while the flaylock do not. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Being realistic here, how many scrub tankers do you believe will actually allow someone to NK their HAV?

It'll happen, I've ridden tanks before and I'll do it again. Only this time I'll be doing 600 damage per second.
