Hi.
Most of the corporations are from US and Asia timers, and it must be cool to have more of Europe ones to fight.
So after a negociation with Nyain San (Mr Machine Gun, very cool guy), they give us 2 more districts.
So we will be happy to give 3 districts to European corporations, and allow them to start PC.
We just ask real corporations with real 16. Not necessary new ones, but all these good corporations without districts like Italian Hunters, Maphia Clan, Carbon7 etc... Or new ones.
But all of them will fight first for the district. If they play the game with a good 16 (few ringers are not a problem, maybe 3 max), and show us they really want to stay in PC, we will give them the district, even if we win the fight.
After, we will stay in contact, to see who will be the first big alliance who attack the lonely new ones for an easy new district...

It's near impossible to even give districts away with how pc is now :P
No one real has a need for them.

I will take any district a Corp feels they don't need. The clones are valuable for launching attacks.

If you can field a full team I'm sure I can find someone to give you a district and no I don't need my districts I just want them :)

Hi, I would like to claim a district in the name of the Caldari State. I have thousands of mercenaries under my command. However they do not tend to listen to me so I might be fighting by myself.....
