Or
Elastic band pulling both analogue stick toward each other. If the Marc looks up first, they just spin on the spot.
Glad CCP fixed afk-ing last year.

As an Oceanic player it was my home server, of course when I started playing it was automatically where I was put.
So my first few games consisted of just walking around largely empty maps.
Until I joined a NA based corp and figured the server thing out.
But Oceanic was weird, every now and then I'd jump in there if I was alone and other servers were laggy, or to try out different fits (How fast is a Sentinel with 4 complex Kincats?).
Had some fun matches where me and 1 red would have a back and forth fight over our own objective.
But I noticed occasionally a real trend. There would be a full squad from a NA or EU corp running proto and tank spamming, often they were using aurum gear, some of them from supposedly "good" corps. Basically they knew they could come here and farm kills from the new/confused Oceanic players who didn't know what was going on and not fear any retaliation.
Needless to say my response was to RE-Jeep the **** out of them. Every now and then if nobody from my corp was on I'd go on "Oceanic Clean-up Duty". Would keep jumping into matches until I found these clowns. I took out so many aurum tanks it's not funny. Hilariously I could nail one tank and watch as the other 3 mysteriously disappeared from the map.
I actually got quite good at it, managed to get a Gunnlogi and a Soma with one truck once, front one saw me and backed up trying to shoot me but as he rolled up over the one behind him his aim got thrown off. I hit the one on bottom and took them both out.
But anyway, I hope you guys enjoy just how many AFKers are in this game. Cus they're gonna be on your servers now.
Heading over to Destiny Beta and a few others

I wonder how much money monthly this will save CCP? I am sure they are simply going to re-purpose the gear. |

CCP never announced afk farming to be an exploit , nor a negative thing of any sorts. Only hint was that they did not want events to be mostly afk farmed and tuned events so farmers would not have extra benefit.
As you might guess, anti-farming actions were cosmetic.
As of today, what you need for farming: 1) Spawn MCC 2) Rubberband the analog movement stick and let char walk endlessly towards wall.
THAT'S IT. The anti-farming techniques hurt only snipers =( as they change facing but rarely take any steps.
People would enjoy Dust a lot more if they accepted the fact that EVERYTHING is subject to change

My theory on why afk farmers are not dealt with is that those are the people who want to cap no matter what. AND BECAUSE OF THAT Data might indicate that those people are the best booster buying customers.
A theory.
