I m sure many players, like myself, have a certain tactic they start most matches with and have arranged their dropsuit selection list accordingly. Currently we begin a new match with whatever dropsuit we were using at the end of the previous match. Often it is a seldom used fitting from the bottom of our dropsuit list which serves little good for starting off a new match. Cycling back through your list to get to the top of the order wastes time that could mean the difference between capturing the objective before the enemy or having to fight through the enemy's defense of it.
So I suggest, just as after every logout where last equipped dropsuit is forgotten, dropsuits should reset back to the top of your list at the beginning of every match.

I don't do that. I've never done that. Start with my bad ass min assault, finish in my bad ass min assault.

K/D(r) WP/D(r) matchmaking fixes the whole game. Period.

I usually have 30 fits queued up as CCP won't let me make more fits then 30. And although it can be rough pulling out a suit at a supply depot before someone shotguns me in the back, I wouldn't say it's a large issue. I organize my suits in order of isk expenditure and just know roughly where they will be down the list as to what I want. It also works out since I play every match with efficiency in mind and know when to ramp up or down my involvement isk wise. Works well for me, but then again I'm not too concerned about the end scenario. I mean because if I were as you sound to be, don't forget that the guys at the bottom of your list going 0/16 are your real enemies then. These are the guys that cost you the match more than how fast you pulled out a suit between deaths. |
