Your ISP decided it no longer loves you? There are so many failure points for a net connection it's not even funny. I hate to break it to you, but CCP is not solely responsible for the monster known as "Lag."

But they are responsible for my camera view switching to someone else's tank. Which is what this post is about.

Its the lag that causes the camera switch.....When lag is concerned no one is responsible from what happens.....If the game started just fine then lag it, it could be your internet got spotty or it could be someone on the other team started to hit a lag switch......Yes lag switches are possible, i have seen them in person and they work.

There is lag, and then there is the * that happens in Dust, the ** that has been happening for 2+ years. To blame it on everything BUT CCP is pure comedy gold. Servers crash, servers hickup. Servers don't change your camera around willy nilly. Servers don't turn the battle field into a dragon ball z episode with people taking flight and teleporting across the map with unlimited ammo (though you can't damage anyone). It's sh*tty code, and poor to no maintainence. Which has CCPs greasy finger prints all over it, not an ISP. And last time the conversation was brought up (last I saw it at least, in like January) the verdict was lag switches were not possible in Dust, which is the same verdict that was reached the previous 5000 lag switch threads over the past 2 years. Not laughing at you Thumb, laughing at the slaves.
