Just noticing this thread was just posted about Charlie having updates to swarm launchers. Scouts/EWAR , Assault, Sentinel, nova knives, swarm launchers... the list just keeps getting longer.
Hotfix Charlie is shaping up to be big. I like. I wonder when we could expect this hotfix to drop. Any guesses?
He imposes order on the chaos of organic evolution...

I've heard nova knifes will harm vehicles which I think is crap. Before the scouts start crying remember that no fitting or play style is supposed to work on everything. I will however say that if that does become true and someone can knife a tank to death Sony should specifically make a trophy for an individual that can nova knife an airborne ADS and kill the ship/pilot. I would pay to see that. |

Yeah.
As a NKer, I think it was overboard. The suggestion was mainly a joke, because they used to damage tanks.
That being said, I will really enjoy it, and kill me some tanks before they rightfully take it away again.
Unless CCP was just trolling us, and says, "Psych!" when Charlie actually drops.
I must now find a way to take jump on, then take out an ads. Thank you for the idea.

I clicked the link.......why the hell are people complaining about pythons being THREE shotted by forges? Cmon man it's a forge (kamehameha) gun.... Most dropships haul ass after 1 hit, if it takes more than 3 it's gonna be near impossible to take one down. They need to just stop messing around and make dropships into official sky tanks and let me have a jetpack on my av merc to even the playing field. |

As a proto prof 5 swarm user, not particularly happy with the proto nerf(because of sp invested), but a least now I can use standard more and save some ISK . Also hope this encourages more people to pick up an AV weapon during battles. Will also start skilling into mincommando for more damage bonuses.
