Why don't they restore shields?
Heck even a 50% armor and 50 % shields injector at Pro would make more sense then 100% armor.
For a shield based race that is.
I suggest adding a shield regen upon revival,even if the % of armor restored has to be lowered by an equivalent amount.

Their nanohives can already restore the little HP they have plus one of the Caldari corporations makes a repair tool.
The nanite injector is Gallente in every way.
-It's design; It glows freaken green and kinda has an odd shape for a needle.
- It's function; it restores a huge amount of health in a quick period to allow a unit to get back in combat.
-It's philosophy; Gallente like to reduce the loss of life in anyway possible. Having the only voluntary military, reducing loss of life is a primary concern.
but CCP was like "CALDARI NEED MORE EQUIPMENT GIVE IT ALL TO THEM NOAW"

To be fair, Caldari often lack any repair on their suit, meaning that if their shields are breached they need a logi or a hive to restore that little HP.
So it kind of makes sense.
Plus shields start regenerating instantly without delay, so there's that.

to be honest they should have been secondary equipment with repair tools being primary.
2 armor tools for gallente and amarr that are different.
2 shield tools for min and caldari that are different.
then the secondary equipment like spawns, ammo, scanners.
the logis are just completely wrong from a new eden standpoint.
Don't vote for iron wolf saber.
Vote for someone who will help the community i.e. anyone else.

Nanites themselves are micro machines which construct physical things not provide energy to things. They only have the capacity to provide repairs to physical things....unless perhaps they could remotely transport the energy powering them into shields.
As for Nanite Injectors....as I said they kick start our clones nervous systems and seal the dropsuits structure. Shield then boot up after that.

Isn't it rather impressive that across interstellar civilizations a network of corporations are somehow maintaining monopolies? This is in lieu of wars for entire worlds, solar systems, constellations, even stellar regions.

Well the Cal Scout can see everything, so they would use the Nova Knives for quick assassination. Oh and Legion is completely redesigning the guns so they are correct from a racial standpoint

Caldari literally have more weapons and equipment in the game than Gallente and Amarr Combined.

The only reason Gallente have anything is because they are enemies of the Caldari.
You kind of have to give the bad guys stuff to play with.
If this was Minmatar Vs. Amarr warfare Gallente would have been in the same spot Amarr is in now.

They were originally developed for short order cooks. When not eating Food Bars (they have no yum) the alternative is quickly prepared dinner-crap which by Caldari standards is high dinning.
It's all about efficiency and costs.
