Just messing with protofit and it turn out slayer logis are still possible but scouts overshadowed them.

All you've done is tanked the Logi suits, any suit can tank. You are also only using one of your equipment slots on both of the fittings.
Frankly you'd be better off with the Assault class with either, try making a 'slayer logi' again but with the ck.o and gk.o assault suits.

That Gk.0 is still faster than the fastest logi.

It is and it should be possible to fit a suit as combat oriented as possible. That's the very concept of fitting freedom.
Now, where it becomes a problem if, f.ex., logi suits would outperform all other suits in that while having some extra on the top.
Combat logis yes, but due to some sacrifices, hopefully not slayer logis.
People would enjoy Dust a lot more if they accepted the fact that EVERYTHING is subject to change

I knew a guy who used his Gal Logi as a slayer.
1 extender, 22 complex damage mods, completely tanked in the lows besides one slot for armor repair, and he carried a dual beam flux repair tool, rep hives, and a scanner.

Yes, it is.
Though after Hotfix Charlie, you'd be better off using an Assault for slaying than a Logi.
And nothing of value was lost that day...

Anyway, you'd call slayer anything that can kill ya. Even a suit with less HP, speed and stuff.
