What if strafing was made to where when you move left to right, right to left you have a very short period of slowness and you progressively move faster in the desired direction ( To maximum movement speed ) And the amount of slowness would vary on the suit you use ( Heavy, Scout etc. ) Just an idea i'm throwing out there.

I do feel that dancing in front of a gun is cartoonish.
But than again, we supposedly have really good protection. So it's arguable that it is a valid tactic in the EVE universe. Cartoonish and stupid looking, yes. But still valid.
The strafing ability itself is unrealistically fast and doesn't hinder aim at all.

  2. Other pc games have same strafe as in dust (moving doesnt affect accuracy, only jumping do) .And im talking about good shooters, not cod,bf. < these are for one shoot kill people

You are playing the wrong game. well with full auto weapons in dust there is a mechanic that makes you less accurate when holding down the trigger to long so there is no reason that a mechanic that makes you less accurate while strafing can't be put in the game.

Does that mean I'll stop getting stuck on every rise in terrain while getting perforated by CRs or Scouts swooping in like vultures?
