All you do is wait in the redline for the signal and press the ka boom button. This also works with lavs too , it should also be noted that if you arnt in the vehicle that is strapped with res then it takes no damage. Proud Gunlogi pilot and forge gunner since August 2012. I fought and bled for the State on Caldari prime.

Nirwanda Vaughns 426th Infantry 652	Posted - 2014.07.22 12:36:00 - [8] - Quote as a logi i carry packed AV nades so if we get a JLAV trying to mow down my assault or heavy guys i throw them at the floor in front of it and wait for the fireworks. they soon get bored of it. can use prox mines too but then you lose an equipment slot but the ADV packed nades are more than enough to at least discourage them to keep coming at you. seeign as most my heavies cary fluxs too its even more effective Rolling with the punches

Let's hope no one starts crying J-DS nerfing just for the thought of it, without ever even trying it. People would enjoy Dust a lot more if they accepted the fact that EVERYTHING is subject to change

To expand upon this, my AFG suit (my current ADV fit one) costs about 60k, from memory. Assuming I spend ISK on every single part of my JLAV and refuse to switch suits for some reason, it'll still come out as less than half the price, and assuming you're not an idiot, a practically guaranteed kill. Although Jason is actually not at all a fan of suicide dropships :P It would seem like wisdom, but for the warning in my heart... CCP BLOWOUT FOR CPM1

The reason is most tankers believe they should be able to run protocol fits when infact there are so many who are that bad that they would be running starter fits if they were boots on the ground to make profit. Cheap is a tanker scrub in a heavy suit jumping out of his tank to kill av because he is just so **** at tanking he can't do it in his tank
