It's coming in Project Legion. Sorry, but it seems Dust isn't cut out for having a secondary market.

Every day that goes by without letting people like HD here know that the game is dead, may as well be another lie. It's shameful. Only a handful of people check the forums or the game's online news.

Please, you can have CCP provide all the links, all the videos, all the emphasis and even have the merc quarters TV show the videos and people still won't bother to look. It's just how most players are these days. They log, play a match, log out. They never come to the forums, never check twitter or G+ or Failbook when the news comes out. So why bother?
