i'm not gonna lie i do not know how the salvage system operates in fw ,but i know it isn't "keep what you kill" and in my eyes that is a shame.
I find it a bit unfair that if i kill a proto suit or a tank or an ads someone else salvages it even though they did not contribute in any way towards the destruction of said asset.
With the changes coming to fw payout you are sure to see a spike in better tier assets being used and with the "keep what you kill " model in place i'm sure you would see a huge spike in players participating in fw as not only would they be able to get better assets through lp payout but also through salvage.
before anybody says it would make fw a huge stompfest i got news for you the entire dust 514 is a stompfest due to poor matchmaking.

FW salvage is the same as it is in PC, where each item destroyed has a 50% chance of going into the salvage pool, which is then randomly divided up amongst your teammates.
Honestly however, I think the "keep what you kill" should apply to all gamemodes. Though I would have a lot of HAVs and LAVs in my inventory.

You know the scary thing about em? They don't need power... lights, heat, nothing. That's their advantage.

Just.....what?
No, no, I bring out my Wolfman's because I know that when I die it goes into an abyss, not because it's a superior weapon.
