Exactly what did the Gallente do to be tossed into endless battle with such crap weapons? The classes keeps getting the bad end of the stick as well?!
Ok got it, the AR got a buff?! "Watch out he's got a AR, he's a bad ass"?! Look the AR is no rail rifle or combat rifle, and is still far outclassed in punch, RoF, and range by both! I don't know why the rail rifle hits that hard at 90 meters, but whatever?! The combat rifle is without a doubt beast mode regardless to what you guys do at this point?! The ScR and Laser are actually balanced so great job there! The breach AR is better IMO. Using an AR against other rifles puts you at a clear disadvantage, and at short range, where it's supposed to be excelling, it's still not the "go to" rifle choice?!
The shotgun is... well... A SHOTGUN! Hit detection needs a tweak, but overall it's a shotgun! Pair any version with a cloak, and you'll be fine kid don't worry smh?!
The Ion pistol is just as effective as me throwing twelve rocks lmao! It's inaccurate, and the sieze after charge is very dangerous for a "close quarter" weapon don't you think? It siezes after one shot.... in close quarters? If the shotgun did this we would probably rejoice as scouts quit the game altogether lol! An eight year old can design a better CQC weapon with rocks and moss?! Who designs CQC weapons that sieze in close quarters?
The plasma cannon is the new noob tube, and behold the cloak scouts picked it up?! No surprise there?! The Plasma Cannon is still not the "go to" AV weapon?! Where's the diversity? Where's the breach version? Where's the assault version? (I know scouts everywhere just started drooling?!) No one says "hey bro there's a tank! Hitting the supply depot for my... Plasma Cannon"? It sounds menacing enough, but it's, in gallente fashion, inaccurate and will get you killed?!
I know a lot of guys are gonna swear i'm using them wrong, or I need to "get gud"?! To them I say put down your CR and RR, and pickup a GK-13 for a month?!
Won't start on the bonuses, or lack there of?!

they did, when the Plasma Rifle was the end beat all weapon of the game, when there was laser accurate HMGs, warm space heater lazers that couldnt kill anything, shotguns that worked even LESS than they do now, and the virtually unchanged ScR, back when tanks werent the easiest way to win and when AV actually meant anti vehicle and not tank ticklers. people would instagib HEAVYS with a gek-13, and if you had a duvolle they wouldnt even know where you were shooting from, nor that you were shooting before they died, so i think its fair that the Plasma Rifle gets to sit at the back of the bus for a while

o/ still uses GEK from time to time. You just got to play a bit smarter and calculative compared to the other weapons mentioned.

I didn't agree with it being so ridiculous then either?! I don't want it to clean house across the board, like the rail rifle does, I just want it to be the best at it's role! I don't agree with any one weapon being better than everything else?! If i'm at range a rail rifle or laser rifle has the advantage. However, when I close the distance the rail should be in trouble right? Nope! It still freight trains you shields and armor be damned! The tact rifles also need longer effective range. They got the sight, but lack the punch to do any real dmg. I can hit em sure, but they won't die?! It's basically got the same range as a gek with a scope?!
Someone feel free to explain the Ion pistol! Anything good?

You can't even say the shotgun is the best weapon, its the only one of its class. Just like the sniper rifle.
like you can't really say its the best weapon out of all the races when its the only one.

Yeah...The AR needs another buff, mainly one with its range. The ion pistol needs a accuracy buff, a range buf and either a rof increase or damage increase. The shotty is fine right now, thought the PLC needs a projectile speed increase. These are my opinions though.
