But many week ago,
I sent a request ticket to CCP to change one of my 2 Dragonfly Assault C-1 with a Covenant Assault C-1 (same stat's)
that's the mail I've received :

The 'Covenant' Assault C-I Dropsuit was part of the limited edition Veterans Pack which was retired from the marketplace on 4th Nov 2013. The reason we removed this pack (amongst others) was that BPO's were not conducive to the DUST economy. Now, as you mentioned, you have the 'Dragonfly' Assault Dropsuit. The specifications and attributes between the Covenant and the Dragonfly Assault suits are actually identical. The only difference is the color. Unfortunately, we cannot provide, or swap one of your Dragonfly suits for a Covenant though.

So I think BPO aren't good for "CCP economy"
