Spawned from a different discussion in one of the stickies. Injectors are a generally unpopular piece of equipment, and I don't mean that they aren't used necessarily, but that people have a general dislike for injectors. This is especially true for non-heavy frame suits which cannot get enough hp back generally before they are taken down by some enemy coming around the corner.
Now some of this has to do with some mechanics lacking, like no 'Press X to Revive' once injected, and some of this has to do with greedy players in pubs reviving under fire like a derp. I think to help overcome this though, injectors should just get a straight buff to make them useful (possibly even in a PC environment!). As it stands now, reviving with anything but a proto injector just hurts your team more than it helps and it just frustrates people who evaporate instantly after reviving.
My proposed numbers:
STD: 50% Armor and 30% Shields
ADV: 80% Armor and 50% Shields
PRO 100% Armor and 70% Shields
Faction: 120% Armor and 120% Shields (buffer goes away after taking damage)
Shields are a little bit lower as they do start to instantly recharge.

I'm not sure shields are necessary since they already spark shield regeneration.
What pisses people most about injectors is that twats tend to use them at the most inappropriate of times. I've been really meaning to try a M*A*S*H dropship, where a dropship lands in between enemies and a victim, and a medic rushes in as the fire is blocked by the dropship, revives, and then they both hop into the DS to escape.
That is a plan I've been meaning to try out....in order to do so the DS pilot would need an injector as well, to see where downed team mates are, and need to be flying low and close to the combat.

STD:10% ADV:30% Pro: 50% Faction:70% + 100% armor is fine.
For shields would be more reasonable.

+shields are definitely necessary, even with 'sparked' regeneration.
An suit with 500 armor and 100 shields is revived with 400 armor and 0 shields but a suit with 100 armor and 500 shields comes in with 80 armor and 0 shields. Its pretty clear how useless Injectors are for buffer shield tankers (i.e all Caldari suits and kinda sorta some Minni suits) and yet are perfectly fine but armor plate stackers? Its not balanced at all.
You can't say... oh well the caldari regenerations those shields back in about 10-12 seconds... yeah... unless you're redline sniping 10 seconds is an eternity in any sort of combat zone.
We also need the 'bleed out' timer doubled or tripled. Half the time people have timed out by the time you get to an area, and clear it out of hostiles to make it safe to actually revive.

10% and 30% is practically worthless considering how much lower shield tanks are in EHP. 50% is getting there... but read my post above. Well, i personally keep my rep tool on the person i just revived.
And although i understand your point i will still have to decline.
Although,if injectors gave a temporary energizer effect i would be ok with that.
Ex. -STD:STD energizer -ADV: ADV energizer -Pro:Pro energizer
To increase recharge speed of shields, this would be less OP.

Maybe it's unpopular in Escrow, but I actually like being a TRUE LOGI and getting some legit revives because I'm GOOD AT IT.
So screw your "needles suck" crap. Next time I'm saving people ISK and I notice Escrow on my team I won't revive any of you bastards.

OP? How is coming back with 80-100% of your armor instantly and zero shields any sort of balanced towards armor vs shield suits? It's this sort of thinking that has made shields so underpowered in the first place.
