This is OP. I was actually getting annoyed the other day when I ran across this squad of cloaky PLC Cal scouts. They need to be nerfed so that Cal scouts cannot carry a PLC. That is all. |

I've never used the suit or the weapon and I still say no.
If someone kills you with a PLC, they deserve it.
Same as if someone tags you with a Forge at 10 Meters |

Too obvious, but still got serious responses.
Good combination of Cal Scout with the PLC makes it almost believable.
"Minmitar Scout" and "Masochist" are synonyms.

If you are dying from cal scouts w/ PLC's often enough to complain about them then you have larger issues to address than this. Alos, if you can accurately identify a problem then you should be able to identify a plausible solution. And no, removing PLC from the scouts available weapons is not a plausible solution.
Cries to nerf the PLC, who would have thought...

I... still have yet to be killed by this weapon.  I think it's the only gun in the game that's never gotten me. Even Nova Knives kill me more often. Why don't you love me, giant ball of slow moving plasma?! D: Is my Proto Minmatar Scout not worthy of your brilliant glowing warmth? 
Nova Knives are best sidearm.

Only Gal scout should be able to use the PLC.
It is because it is a Gal weapon. |

I have seen roving gangs of plasma scouts that have done pretty decent. Thought that was what spurred this thread. Tears have been coming to the forums in a lot of strange ways lately.

If you got direcly hit by a plasma cannon, you deserved it because you were standing still in a medium or light suit that is designed to be agile.
It's difficult as a ************ to aim those things. Either they got extremely lucky while you were strafing, or you decided to stop moving for some idiotic reason.
They earned their kills. Worst weapon in this game even after the buff.
