the problem with swarms is they are just so dam slow.
can we have a skill which increases the speed of swarms, lets say 5% per level.
derp ship pilots consider the swarm a non skill weapon - which at times it is other times there is alot more to it than meets the eye, its more about timing combo's, and strafing than the aiming which is fairly not skilled. saying that the drop ship get out of jail free card is non skill either - press afterburner and outrun swarms in direction of choice.
considering the speed of vehicles and their ability to move on so quickly or get behind cover i think it would be a nice small buff to the swarms to make them more useful.

SL - skilled = lolno
Lock on fire and forget - you dont even have to keep lock on
Fire all shots in less than 4seconds
Missiles travel to 400m
Swarms are only outrun by a DS with a AB on, all other vehicles are too slow
Swarm missiles still routinely follow around corners and sometimes are still invisible
Can still fire if you are not looking at your target, get lock on and face upwards and you keep lock long enough to fire which is BS
Yea you dont need a buff

Speaking with CPM0 guys, its my understanding that Swarm Missile speed isn't programmed to be variable, its a hard coded velocity curve, which means they can't change it via hotfix. At least that's my understanding of it.
Like my ideas?
