id say i was pretty good in my tank and was good out of it but hey u obv kno me and fyi dust is the easiest shooter ive played so being good at other games other than dust is actually a good thing u make it sound like dust is hard LOL

Destiny's PvP is brainless and boring. I tried out their Crucible twice, once solo and again while in a fireteam of three. The game separated us into different teams O_o
The campaign mode seriously lacks context and meaningful narrative.
The weapon class/attribute system is not intuitive.
Also, that intro cinematic was pure garbage.
I'm reconsidering my pre-order =/

the OP is expecting way to much from this beta... you are capped at level 8 and most of the world is locked to you.
he doesn't mention anything about pvp... it's a lot of fun, more like what dust pvp should be, except everyone has this power move that has to charge, and cant be spammed, but it does one shot everything.
you also get these cool vehicles on the moon pvp map . little speeder bikes with weapons.
the controls in destiny handle better than any controls ever did in dust as well.
it is definitely an awesome game with tons to do.... but it isn't what dust could have been by a long shot... lol but neither is dust...

Thank you for confirming that its not the game for me.
I think iv played games for so long that nothing will amaze me anymore.
But yeah, what you have told me is enough and exactly what I suspected.
Final fantasy a special case reborn want me back, that game lasted 30 mins before I felt like throwing up.
Be vigilant!, for there are those that remove the teabag BEFORE adding milk!.
This is unacceptable!.

^ this. he does make a valid point. Also, for the record, I have been in squads with mavado on mag and he did fine. I also got put into a couple of games of his on the original Black Ops and he did fine there as well, and yes, I have seen him out of his tank and more often than not he did fine then also. Sure he has had some bad games before, but name me one FPS player, who has never had an off day. |
