Unfortunately (or so my fiance would have me believe), I'll be out of town doing RL stuff this weekend, but I've set aside the entire day tomorrow to play until my thumbs bleed. Anyway, I mostly wanted to point out that Bungie's own Destiny app is neat and nifty. Take note, CCP! EVE has the Aura app by Jason Parks, which is quite nice, but the Dust side of it never materialized, and for good reason. Maybe Mr. Parks will work Legion into it someday? In any case, CCP would really do themselves a service by creating their own mobile app. Who wouldn't be interested in trolling the forums on the go?

Bf4 has a very nice one as well, lets you even play online as commander. Yeah, I dunno about all that. Every video I've seen blows my mind, and this thing is only in the very early stages of its infancy. Besides, I suspect PVE in Destiny to be a more legitimate challenge than PVP in Dust. We shall see! When I cancelled my EVE subs after FanFest, I ended my romance with PC gaming.

MUAHAHAHA Again, not about need, more about ease-of-use. Also, the Destiny app doesn't just give you access to the forums. It also gives you access to your characters, groups, clans, etc., plus item inventories, etc. Essentially, it lets you engage with the community on the go, doing many things short of playing the game itself. I dunno, I'm a nerd. I like looking at my pretty avatars. (But not CRNWLLC's ugly, hobo @ss.)

EDIT: Also, I prefer to run stuff native vs. in a browser if I have the option. The UI is almost always easier on my old-man peepers than constantly double-tapping and pinching the screen to read things. Sounds like you need a Note 3, you can read that thing from across the room
