I've been roaming around Dust 514 setting up random squads talking to players in the game that have been playing Dust 514 longer than me and when you squad up with so many people you have some really interesting conversations about the game. To my surprise a buddy of mine popped up in squad, I hadn't seen this guy since the days of Beta Max. As we were playing he brought up some really cool topics about Corp battles, now if you've played Dust 514 for awhile, you know that trash talk in Dust 514 has it's own culture, back stabbing and players with their secret agendas often at times leave some players victims forever in the game which at times I've seen leave effects on players in reality, It is funny to see people take this game extreme I laugh every time. Since PC is pretty much for the established corporations in Dust 514 and Factional warfare has no gains but collecting loyality points for special weapons and gear.
It would be fun to see corp battles return, I wonder what kinds of wars would come out of corp battles lol ! I think with a winners pot it would probably be the most fun popular game mode in Dust 514. You could start full blown wars in Dust 514 in pubs which would lead into Corp battles which would spill off right into Planetary Conquest that would be fun. What are your opinions about Corp Battles, have you ever experienced Corp Battles? Would love to hear your thoughts. |

Corp battles in Factional Warfare and Pubs are fun but PC are stupid and full of drama and butt hurt try hards who send you stupid hate mails. Thats my opinion. Got a problem with that? I got 2 words for ya...............SUCK IT!

It would be nice to just hop on and play competitively.
We could organise leagues, tiers and actual teams without no lifing for scouts 514.
Nothing personal, I just think PC is rubbish. If it was really connected to eve.................nevermind.

I have made many threads talking about this.
PC is a waste of time overall. Waiting 24-48 hours for a battle to start is flawed for many reasons and just makes it no fun once the battle comes around.
Laser focused in a room full of mirrors. Everything you ever wanted coming SoonGäó just keep buying boosters.

I'm going to go a bit against the grain here. PCs are the only reason I still play this game. Stomping in pubs against, frankly, lackluster competition is no fun to me. Playing with a team and going against another good team is what it's all about, for me at least.
That said, I've been an advocate for the return of corp battles, well, since they went away. |

I was too late to experience Corp Battles, as I started playing in Uprising. Would love to truly know what it meant though

Unfortunately I fear you are correct. If they brought back the old corp battles PC would probably empty out overnight. CCP doesn't want it's bastard child they've worked so hard to neglect to be neglected by us.

Corp Battles were way more fun then PC you could do them WHENEVER you felt like it and they were uber cheap.
