Edit: I urge you to run full-force into another guy also running full force and "pretend" to not be hurt in any way. No really please do. Flopping apologist detected. I urge you to open your eyes and regonize that some athletes, whether they partake in football, basketball, or whatever, engage in behaviour that falls under "pretending to be hurt." These soccer guys are some tough mofos for sure.
^ This was amazing.
Sigh...I was just being reactionary. I've dealt with enough of the "oh he didn't get hurt" myself. If you want to know a tough mofo Schweinsteiger got wrecked over and over today, and he even got punched in the face. By wrecked, I mean shoulder-charged at full speed. And he took it like a goddamn champ.
I know all about BS diving. That dirty dutch bastard Robben stole Mexico's advance and admitted to it
Honestly we could have a discussion on how exploiting unbalanced equipment, abusing broken mechanics, and using dirty tactics in are not cheap or anything, but merely a winning strategy. But what would Dust players know about any of that?

This is a prime example of not knowing what you're talking about.
When basketball players "flop", they are taking a charging foul. When someone is running at you trying to score and you are in the way of his jumping path, you can either be a super duper tough guy, brace, and knock him down (completely possible), or you can let him ram you so you fall, which is against the rules, and get your team the ball. Oh yeah and it totally doesn't hurt at all, either. It feels like a knee giving a warm hug to your nose and teeth.
Sometimes you have to suck up your pride. Would you rather have "honor" or would you rather win the game?

I would rather lose and keep my honor than win by cheating.
That applies to my life as well as sports.
And that's why no one will remember your name.
Congrats on having honor, though. Pat yourself on the back. High five!
In a video game...nothing really matters. "Honorable" actually means self-limiting.
In real life, I am 100% sure that whatever sense of "honor" you have, it is purely self-serving.
Think about it.

I didn't even understand the first part of your post.
And I didn't say my country doesn't dive...Mexico dives all the time and it bothers me too. If you had watched the Mexico game against the Netherlands (which is another one of my fav teams, btw), the last goal was scored on a penalty kick after Robben, a forward on Ned, fell over like an idiot. Guess what, Ned still won even without "honor". Germany tried for a few dives today and still won on a legitimate goal. Besides they were out-playing them the whole game.
But if you're in the box...and the enemy defense is getting pretty physical...and you're almost out of time...
NO
I am a good person. Yeah we lost the game but at least I have my honor

You're obviosuly a non-athlete. In real (American) football, the only way to avoid getting hurt while tackling or taking a hit is by going "full force"
First, In Gridiron football, you are wearing protective body armor and helmets. Second, because the play is stopped after every downed possession, there is no incentive to dive, as opposed to real-time sports like Football or Basketball, where there is a chance to stop the play and reset. Third, there is plenty of diving, especially when padding gets grabbed. I guess there is a choice between taking a hard hit or falling down "full force" so you don't lol.
I've never played Gridiron in a competitive setting, but I have played pickup games against people who have. It is one of the easiest sport in existence. Turns out it's really easy to juke out some big guys and catch a ball. Its a shame I'm not a little taller and heavier so I could take some hits. In the meantime I'll just move out of the way. Or play real sports.
Besides, it's just a neutered form of rugby Lingerie football is pretty cool though.
