Don't look at me, LLAV was taken off for more then just mrder taxi abuse, they couldn't fix the rep mechanic to prevent it from healing the passenger or driver.

Iv got a mate iv known since first school that's borrowing my ps4 to test it for me. He will give me a 100% objective view and he will know whether I will like it or not.
What you have said sounds cool but I was never a big halo fan but I loved halo 1 because at the time, it was revolutionary and the story was amazing.
I played halo 2 competitively though and was in the UK clan. I was there when tower of power went down man hahahahaha.

We have known each other since we were 6 and we like the exact same stuff for the same reasons.
The only difference is that I like samurais and he likes ninjas but he'll give me a completely objective report.

some parts i like and some parts i don't like about the beta PVP can be worked on IMO, an another thing too is being able to name your guardians just weird that its your PSN ID and being able to have multiple characters on your account but have the same name thats just strange to them. They can simply have you name your character whatever you want just think it should be apart of the chaatcer creation process and also include your PSN ID above your guardians head but add in a hide/show option for that

I gotta admit half the reason I do so well is because am very aware of my Supers Gauge and where and when the Heavy Ammo will appear. I love LMG amd Shotgun Combos..... and while yeah the vehicles mechanics are obscenely OP...... (puts laser sniper madrugars to shame) its not hard to take em down.

Destiny PvP is just Halo marred by terrible MMO-inspired mechanics.
And not even Halo 2 or Halo 3, it's like Reach or Halo 4  I still enjoy it, I guess, but there's nothing 'to' it, it's shallow twitch nonsense and not balanced at all.
Campaign, based entirely on what's in the beta, actually IS Halo 2 or 3 good though. I'll absolutely stomach the bland theme park MMO garbage to finish it. Hell, I'd do that just to listen to the music. It's so good. |

1. if ppl can lrn to read they would realise gear advantages are turned OFF for pvp except during the iron banner special event
which means u can stop blaming gear for being owned cuz everyone is on an even playing field. All ARs do the same damage, All Scout rifles do the same dmg, everyone has the same base health.
2. Interceptor aka tank is the only slightly OP vehicle. Pikes arent u can outgun ppl off pikes if ur good.
3. Titan super is the only unavoidable one of the 3 on display. u can dodge a nova bomb unless its point blank and u can dodge a golden gun shot u see a super u dont look to challenge a guy and if the guy is dumb enough to try activating the golden gun in the middle of a gunfight u got more than enough time to kill him during the animation before he can fire a shot
4.Heavy weapons work as intended just as they do in Halo. Think of heavy ammo drops as ur POWER weapon drops in halo like the rockets that would spawn on the map for the team to fight over, same thing here just ur fighting over the AMMO. heavy weapons do not start with ammo....if ur letting the other team pickup heavy ammo uncontested then u deserve to be molested by them for giving them free ammo pickups just as in halo
So now whats ur excuse for being bad? cant blame gear cuz its evened out, cant blame heavy weapons if ur giving them free ammo pickups

My buddy that is testing it for me on my ps4 has said that so far, its nothing we haven't seen or done. He gives it a 3/10.

You brought up Borderlands. Did you know that there were six different characters each with three different skill tree branches? That's at least 18 different character builds to play. Yes, you had the same 10 or so raid bosses but you weren't forced to fight them the same way every time.
Destiny will be the same way. Right now there are three characters with two sub-classes. More characters will be added. Maybe more sub-classes too. The depth will be there. You just have to look for it.

Does that really matter Killar when you consider the money Bungie could be making just from that 3-4 months, then late purchases, then DLC for fans, and DLC for late purchasers, pre orders and hype.....
As compared to a community of players who feel so bitter to a community of developers most refuse to support the game financially.
I won't deny Dust has longevity and keeps its players around for long periods of time.....but it suffers from developmental issues as well as other player and developer created issues.

Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, Dark Souls II
Demon's Souls is about 5 years only retains a small dedicated community of former pvpers now the servers are down who make regular PvE runs, Dark Souls is about 2.5 years old and you can still find decent 150 and 225 PvP not to mention the forest.
Dark Souls II will last a fair couple of months though I'm only expecting 18 before Bloodborne releases and being directed by original DeS developer will over shadow it and last a fair 2 year stint with its pvp community

game is the most fun ive had gaming since 2009-2010 back on KZ2, Uncharted 2, Resistance 2, MAG times
Ive hit max lvl in beta and still play for hrs every day cuz the PvP is FUN, something this game and dev team could never get right
and this is just 2 maps and PUBS. ppl that kno me kno i havent really enjoyed playing pubs for long stretches on any game for years.
not to mention the PvE which again ppl that kno me kno idgaf about PvE really enjoy
Strikes are fun and raids which we havent seen yet are suppose to last hours which is gonna be even better.
Lastly if this game is supported with private matches competitive wise itll be the best game PlayStation has had thats active competitive wise that ISNT cod which is huge because prior if u werent playin cod on PS ur game was pretty much dead within months or never got off the ground.
The fact that ive had my roster back all playing ONE game since we moved to PS4 speaks volumes of the quality and fun ppl having.
DUST fanboys wont like hearing another game is actually fun to play than their precious "game" thats being used as a donation system/kickstarter for Legion but one thing Bungie knows how to make is a FUN game and thats what we play games for to have FUN.
