Enemy team was on top of a building in the gal research map, I got a dropship and flew up there, the minute I got to a good height I bailed out of my DS, in mid air, I got a head shot from my shotgun on a heavy, I was like
Boss mode unlocked, my dropship fell and exploded on like 2 people I think, and I just kept shotgunning everyone else. I survived... But my enemies...I cannot say the same... Felt badass.
I've have tried to do this before, but sadly damn dropships kept ramming into me, killing me mid air

When you successfully jump out of a kamikaze dropship, take people out with the exploding dropship, and kill everyone around you, it's a really glorious feeling.

 You are a badass.

Another way to do it is to patiently fly up there and land your drop ship like you belong (or dive land, or creep up and perch from below). Drop flux grenades on their uplinks then proceed to secretly walk up to each merc who is engaging the enemy below and headshot them one by one until there are none left. For some reason, it can be incredibly effective to just walk around like you belong in the crowd. Of course, sometimes it backfires and the whole group turns on you.

 Nice work. Well done.

I liked to put REs on, so that I could blow up the DS without looking.

If Bruce Lee was still in this world, he would kill chuck norris for believing these things are beneath him.

I suppose sometimes people are in such a frenzy that they don't notice, or that in close quarters the red arrow is not on screen. I have also seen several lag situations where the red/blue arrow doesn't appear, so who knows why this tactic sometimes works well.
