Please Rattati at least consider changing the minmitar bonus to a dampening bonus with the cloak field so that we only need one damp and a cloak active to dodge get under 17.85 dB

Math-MinScoutBaseProfile=35
35*.9=31.5
add dampener-31.5*.75=23.625
Proto cloak profile dampening=10%
necessary dampening to get to 17.84 dB-
23.625*x=17.84
x=~.7 ---->Cloak needs to give a 30% dampening bonus to min, or a 200% increase, meaning 40% per level
Also, please consider buffing min scout PG so that we can fit a proto cloak AND 2x Kincats

cloak-only bonuses are terrible so don't ever do this, bad enough that cloaks are the 'scout' bonus already |

so basically make the gal scout useless? You already have a knife bonus, a hacking bonus, and are the fastest suit in the game. Now you want to be unscannable too? |

i don't understand how you typed out the three signature things of a minmatar scout and didn't realize before you posted that they're all kinda useless (go knives)

All scouts should be unscannable or they're useless.
