Yeeeeah!
I just unlocked the Recruit Caldari Militia Medium Frame! I love it! It looks the same except it has a lighter colored under-armor and the shock plates are a gorgeous lilac color. I'm in love!! Also it has 75 armor hp more than the regular militia frame!
It took me a month to unlock it but now I can put away my old suit and then just have fun being a scrub!

tactical sniper rifle
recruit submachine gun
militia nanohives. ^_^
I'm going to be a (mostly useless) sniper and have a ton of fun.
anyways, on a side-not (actually the real reason I'm posting this topic) is, I've unlocked the recruit submachine gun and the recruit suit. what comes next? is there something at 200,000 wp? I think it would be awesome if the next BPO was a militia caldari scout suit with the same lilac color. (^_^ )
If you pick a different race, when you reach 100,000 do you get a recruit suit based on your race too? If that's the case, I wonder what the Amarr recruit suits look like... |

no. no I did not. I don't even now how to, but if someone is willing to give me instructions I'll be sure to put them in practice.
I worked (semi) hard to get those 100,000 wp. I know someone who was really pissed of about Dust dying (although it looks like it's going to last for a long time with CCP Rattati) and got me started. Even gave me all of their isk, so when I started I had millions!!
After some advice from him, first thing I did was spec into CalScout lvl 1, Shield Extenders, and a Breach AR. Then I just played a Scout medic for a month, and spammed nanoinjectors and rep tool.

Ok, so I did some research...
I think I now know where the confusion with Rynoceros and Forlorn Destrier came from.
If you recruit people and they get to 100,000 wp you get BPO's. CCP did this to encourage players to tell their friends and increase the player base.
HOWEVER!!!! if you are a recruit, then you also get some BPO's too. You start off with a Recruit AR. Then at 25,000 wp you get a Recruit Submachine gun. These items are only slightly better than militia grade.
Then, at 100,000 wp a recruit gets a recruit caldari medium frame. it is a militia grade suit.!!! Not to be confused with the Suit you get if you are the one doing the recruiting.
I haven't recruited anyone. So I'm talking about the Recruit Caldari militia medium suit. That's the suit I got because I hit 100,000 wp.
I didn't understand why some people thought I cheated, but it is because they thought I was talking about the Recruiter (not recruit) suit. I suppose you could cheat and create a bunch of alts to get your self the RECRUITER stuff, but you'll probably get banned.
So there, hopefully that cleared some things up. |
