People are too stupid to think "hey, maybe if I run scans on my suit I can see scouts!". Guess what bud, 90% of the cloaked scouts in pubs run NO DAMPENERS.
Also, if I wanted to run an "op" suit, I would just play on my heavy alt 24/7.

The caldari scout is op. It has the best regen in the game, along with great mobility, and its the best suit at e-war. There's a reason all the beset slayers in the game are using it. |
