Instead of the current proposed tweaks for nanite injectors (25/50/75) which still isn't that great (as it still incentivises people using lower tier needles and repping targets up), I'd like to see nanite injectors give triage points as though you had repaired the injectee to that value of health from 30% (so an 80% needle would give triage points for 50% of the targets health).
A 100% needle would give triage as though 70% of the targets health was repped, etc.
My biggest question is it possible to do something like this within the code?

No, it's pickup value for 30% of the hp, then rep value for the rest. So running with the possibility of them not changing things, it would be 60+(triage worth 70% of target hp).
