so whats the problem? the point is if we are RIPPING AWAY diversity for the sake of uniformity this should apply to ALL the suits that try to break the mold and not just one... but we shouldn't rip away diversity... we should be speaking out against it..... if we make all logis the same except for racial bonus then there will be no use for any but the min with a 10% rep bonus... I think all races should have differences.... no uniformity except for within the race.
While that's fine and dandy ( no offense ) but if that's the case then it should be a total reset of everything , like I said before I started 1.6 and as a Caldari I expected to Forge because next to sniping , it's what I like to do most ... Assault ( but with whatever weapon of MY choice and not have to worried about being gimped threw a racial bonus ) , Logistics ( since I love to anti-vehicle this makes since because my plan was to use items like PM's before the change and EVERYONE started to use them after the change , it has the most equipment so that's versatility and that's one of the major draws of this game to me and I could be helpful and medic the troops ) , Heavy ( I couldn't wait until this one because it was the only way that I could forge and you seen what I said before and also I would like to hold a HMG and just let loose ... I never thought abut scouts because , reading threw the forums ... that's all that use to post , so I like to play the background but when I seen the suit and the bonuses .. I thought , " What the heck ??? " and I specked but if I used NK's and SG's I knew that I would be dangerous but I don't .
Now I have to double and triple speck into different races to do what my race doesn't do , when it didn't start out like that ... nor did I have knowledge of those changes except threw the forums and people talk about a discussion but that won't sway the real outcome .
It's all the same and now I see why there wasn't any real infantry refund and that was because of all of the presumed future changes that were going to be implemented .
You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.
