I think this hotfix will be one of the best updates/modifications we've seen in awhile. If CCP pulls this one off, it will definitely make the game much better.

"One does not simply" run like a Raptor. Only mk.0 Scouts do that.

Have you read it?

Unless I misunderstood, its giving a precision bonus to amarr scouts and range bonus to caldari

When I read it I didn't pick up anything negative to the Cal scout. But as a Gal scout lifer I still resent Alpha. Such is the circle of DUST I suppose...still f'ing bitter though.
