1. Load up fastest Scout suit with uplinks and spam them carelessly
2. Sprint to supply depot and objective and hack them
3. Switch out fitting to Logi
4. Spam equipment everywhere
5. Switch out fitting to Heavy
6. Camp objective and supply depot with HMG
Tanks and ADS may be called in as well, and if you don't have access to a Fat Suit, feel free to camp the objective with a Scout or follow a FatBro around with a rep tool. |

Get some scanners, Flux grenades and maybe a Cloak and hunt them down instead of crying outloud. You'll even get WP for doing that.

First, the expression is "Fool-Proof". Spelling is so easy that children can do it competitively.
Second, that tactic is most certainly not 'Fool'-proof. I spend a lot of Dom games following [enemy uplink spammer] around, punching everything he drops. Sometimes I let them go resupply at the Supply depot. Then I rinse and repeat. How? One Advanced Precision Enhancer. I would use a scanner but then I can't run my own Uplinks.
For your final tactic, I can technically kill 4 heavies per magazine with my IAFG.
You want to know how to win Dom without fail?

As poorly as the OP put it, this is mostly accurate.
The research facility in particular is almost exclusively won by this tactic.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

For any map that isn't the research facility, taking a dropship full of massholes, forgers, and rail rifles to the highest point near the objective works better |

I have countered these tactics and won many many times....
also my bpo lav usually gets to the point faster than the scouts, I have been the first to the objective tons of times with scouts in the match.
while I agree the equipment spam is a winning tactic, it comes down to which team is better at spamming and getting rid of the enemy's equipment the most efficiently.
heavies are lol good times for remotes.... not an issue. |

It's not necessarily a tactic that wins doms. It's the corp tags that show up when people look to see who they are playing. If there is a squad of a known corp on the enemy team, your blueberries will look for a good place to snipe.
Also people aren't willing to lose ISK in matches the way that they used to. One or two pushes and they are done. |

You'd be surprised how triage-hives can help you keep that supply depot.
You'd also be surprised how one can sneak near it and throw flux-nades to cause panic.
Sure there are players doing it for the WP-gains, but complaining isn't going to counter it. |

I completely agree with this post.
Having said that, I have unfortunately found the way the rules of the game are designed encourages selfish play.
There is little difference in the reward between being on the winning team or losing one. To be honest, I don't notice any difference in ISK payout. WP are WP. I don't really want to lose any more material than I have to. But I run solo so no one is footing my bill.
Granted if I do well personally the team will benefit. But I get putting nanos around supply depots. It's cheesy, but that is the way the game is constructed.
I have always felt there should be a greater disparity between payouts for winners and losers. That might make everyone go harder. Maybe.
Dominion over others is given not taken. Nothing has power over you but your own fear.

CCP made this game this way, link spam and hive spam not only assure your team more wp it also provides an edge in securing that area...
if you are not employing these tactics (or your team isn't) then you aren't playing the game ccp made the right way...
get COD and BF out of your head, the winning tactics in those games don't work here.

It may have been the way the game was created, but it was definitely not intended. They have confirmed this, and I believe they were creating a solution to Legion, but abandoned that thought in Dust (so far). Where did the thought of "get COD and BF out of your head, the winning tactics in those games don't work here" come from? What are you talking about...
