Pc remains the only place where you can consistently get fun, competitive fights. People are always complaining about bad teammates, horrible matchmaking, and "protostomping" so why don't they do pc which alleviates all of the aforementioned problems? |

I think most corps that did PC left after the legion announcement, those that stayed are too tired with the game to do PC and just pubstomp, which adds to horrible matchmaking. At least thats my guess. |

I hear its an isk sink.
Plus a lot of people like to play solo. Others merely create a small corp of friends.
We shouldn't have to be forced to pay tons if isk just to have fun. There should be room for those of us without the time or desire to commit to a corp and PC to play too.

After the pc changes, if your team consistently wins its nowhere near an isk sink. I've made over 10 mil a day in just a few games. If entering pc is the problem there are loads of corps selling or even giving away districts. |

Considering most people in Pc's run Proto, or high end vehicles, thats about 150k isk- 700k isk+ per death or destruction of vehicle its not unusual to die alot, and I think the most I've made in a PC was like 3-4 mil isk? but averaged about 1-2 mil isk, dying 10+ times and winning means you just about evened out, in a vehicle dying 1-2 times is just about evening out, if the enemy team is good you probably will die more. If you lose even once thats harsh on you isk wise.
Edit: I remember a couple times my team stomped the enemy so hard the pulled out Mlt... |

Too expensive, I can't bring my corp in. I float around 40 million ISK and my members are always in awe of my riches. I can only imagine how poor they are if they think 40 million is a lot.
I've helped other corps and had a lot of fun, but that's it. PC needs to be easier to enter. Plus, I'm having trouble getting solid members that are skilled. Everyone good has already joined the big corps that have more benefits.
Overall, I can't do PC. My corp sucks, not enough ISK. That is why.

As people have said before, it is expensive, not only for the corp to start PC but also for each individual member.
On average, a PC ready player would spend a few million ISK in battle on their suits, even the more experience and best players can't escape being killed and terminated most times. Also the fact that most corps are small and don't have enough PC ready players, ie Players don't with full proto gear or their personal gaming skills (not SP) are lacking.
Yes some corps in alliances (both actual and verbal) will have assistance and yes some corps hire other players to fight with them, however this again adds more ISK the corp will have to spend.

Better get an alliance 2) PC is where most of the good battles take place, but is very teamwork heavy. Pub matches usually have 1-3 players who slay the entire enemy team simply for the fun of it. I do it in a basic cal scout. :) 3) (MOST IMPORTANT) the community would have nothing to complain about anymore. Can't have that. Deep down we all know that if this game's community wasn't whiney and ragey, this game wouldn't be as it is. I don't know if it is a good or bad thing, but it could be way worse.

I have messed with ringing in some PCs and loved it but there are a few problems that make it not worth it.
1. No PC battles on demand. Even if you are in a corp that has tons of districts you will still be spending a good deal of time waiting to get into a battle.
2. Lag. I have not seen it as much in the last few PCs I ran but it is still an issue that comes up more in PC than other places.
3. Payouts. This is no longer a problem thanks to the new system but I thought I would point out something actually improving.
4. Its very restricted. The price of entry with the size of most corps keeps many out (this is ok with me) but then the corps are left picking a few of the online players for one match that comes around every couple of days.

PC is a broken concept. And since all the big corps have everything on lock down why ******* bother. PC is a ******* joke of a mode.
1) its nothing but a proto-stomp, and it should. (in all honesty proto suits should be limited to only PC)
2) With such BS in the way of broken mechanics, people in PC abuse the system.
3) To many cheaters in the game to even bother trying. |

yeah the avg player has about 10 mil isk.... sitting on 620 mil myself, less than 5% of that from PC... and I'll be damned if I put 50 mil down on a clone pack to attack a district.... |

PC isn't even close to locked down. As of now there are 45 different corps with districts. Both sides use proto so you can't call it a protostomp. It is impossible to cheat outside of using a modded controller which is pretty rare. |

Are you joking??? A good dropship pilot is in such high demand. There are corps who will more than reimburse all your losses if you are good enough. |

Dropships are incredibly valuable in PCs, they can clear links off the high ground, when needed can slay infantry, and can harass and suppress vehicles.

Besides the fact that I'm probably barely good enough, I don't go out of my way to play PC because battles are not going on the times I'm on, in my corp at least. And honestly, I'm not particularly interested or have enough time to devote to it -- PC sounds like a second job, and I'm not interested in that. When I get on, I just want to play some relatively competitive matches for a few hours. I already have a life, I don't need another.
But I am interested in more competitive battles, and they shouldn't be that difficult to find. Team deploy in FW, or reinstate on-demand corp battles (like it used to be in the old days) would fix the problem of more easily finding competitive matches, and those truly interested in PC, the Eve/Dust relationship, and the whole meta-game of it all can continue to do whatever with it.
Ideally, we need a 'Room Finder', a lobby you can setup with whatever parameters you like -- map, game mode, gear/weapon type and level, number of players, etc, that you can invite others to join. Then you can simply find others of similar skill level, and play with who you want.
