i think that public matches should be advance gear and below no proto. this could help balance out the game more and no one would proto stomp and the newbys would have a chance to get some kill. i am also so tired of seeing proto every were and seeing all the bluebarrys die becouse of the dum dums that just run proto all the time. |

just leave the match, get out of sink with the stompers, if you notice a particular proto squad is farming a particular game mode, don't play that mode for a bit.
there are many ways to get around a stomp, like running with a squad of proto yourself, or using redline mechanice to minimize your deaths, or....leave the match, and so on and so forth...
I'm all for a new game mode where you can only run up to adv, or mlt only. but I'm not for limiting one of the only few modes we have right now. |

Nah I think what we need is a new game more that doesn't allow any squads. The lone proto is not that big of a problem. Six protos talking to each other and moving together is the problem. This is also really only a problem due to Scotty, as he almost never puts proto squad against proto squad. It's almost always one squad against a bunch of randoms (whenever a squad joins the queue)

how about no proto suits... since ive taken the habit of running adv heavy with 3 proto complex reps.

Indeed, the suits themselves are really the tipping point. I mean, I generally run a couple of PRO EWar mods on my STD GalScout and it's hardly broken. Ramp up my available slots and fitting and the suit more than triples in effectiveness. Even ADV is not such a ridiculous leap in efficacy. |
