It should increase jump height by 3% per level, and non-sprint movement by 2% , and be a 6x skill.
I see a lot of heavies (being a purely triage logi) having an extremely frustratibg time getting over certain terrain (tall hills) and evading the increasinglu common shotgun scout. These same aforementioned heavies have points to throw at it, given the barrow scope of tactical skill usefulness they have otherwise. |

Jump ability boost - yeah that's all fine and good.
Non-sprint movement bonus.... That's as hard as a bonus would get. Anyone wanting to get into game would HAVE to have it or accept staying in scrublivion.
No modules or skills boosting base speed, especially as strafe and backpedal speed is derived from that.

This should be part of Myofibrils. That module isn't all that useful, anyway. Making it a jump bonus would make it a favorite of scouts and make them more glasscannons instead of tankers. It is a high module, though, so I'd guess that Minmatar and Gallente scouts would love it most. |

+1 for Jump Modules! -1 for Jump Skills
Also, probably best not to f*ck with base movement speed. As it was explained to me, all non-sprint movement speeds are functions of walk speed. If you turn up walk speed, you'll end up dumping ridiculous atop already ridiculous strafe and backepdal speeds.
Edit: The Amarr Scout looks like it was built for jumping :-)

I honestly was thinking of it being a specialization limited to that particular heavy suit, in the same way "Caldari Assault Dropships" is down-branch of assault dropships. ie- DS Command- Gallente Heavy - Gallente Sentinel- Gallente Sentinel Agility |

+1 But they should just increase jump high on all the suits except light frames. Heavies > can't pass steps Commando > somewhere between heavies and medium Medium > can't jump over little railings
Minmatar suits due to the lack of HP should have even more agility .
