I will pay, out of my own pocket, 50 million ISK for a video of 5 people, all with Viziam lasers, surfing on a dropship for an entire match. One of the surfers has to score at least 10 kills from the roof of the dropship that match, and every surfer must score at least 2. The video must be of a high enough quality that I can clearly see the killfeed and tell that they got the kills from the roof of the DS.
I will pay 50 million ADDITIONAL ISK if any other dropship with 5 Viziam laser surfers who has a laser battle with the laser users on the other DS for the duration of the match. Separate rules will be laid out below.
First come, first served basis. I am only paying for one video.
Standard rules are as follows (50mil pot to pilot to distribute among members):
Person capturing needs to be the pilot and show team's killboard at the end of match
If someone falls off, they head back to the pick up point. The DS will pick them up when they arrive.
If 90 consecutive seconds pass without all five surfers being present on the roof, the video is disqualified.
Can be any make or model of DS or ADS.
Suicide to reach the pick up point faster is permitted. (and encouraged)
Kills while falling from the DS do not count.
Kills while on the ground do not count.
Only Laser kills count except for...
As long as all 5 lasers are firing upon crash, any kills earned by the DS crashing into the ground will count 2x on the score of the LR user with the highest kill count. (intentional DS crashing or crushing is prohibited)
LR DS v LR DS rules (100mil divided pot between pilots):
Person capturing needs to be the pilot and show both complete killboards.
Above rules apply except where contradicted.
There must be at least 30 laser deaths total between all participants, one person on the winning side must have at least 12.
At least 3 of the participants on the winning side must have at least 2 laser kills.
The battle between ships can happen anywhere on the map, at any altitude.
Whichever DS surfing team gets more kills than the other DS team earns 75 mil, the other gets 25 mil.
The DS cannot attack each other by ramming or firing turrets. If gentle bumping occurs and one goes down, I will allot 2 minutes to the downed pilot(s) to reload the roof surfers and get back in the fight.
Make it a real fight please, I'm not going to pay for something that is obviously staged just to get ISK.

If this is true, I will allow for additional pilots flying in other squads as long as there are 5 people laser surfing, in full view, on dropships. And if it's a DS v DS fight, I will allow for an additional pilot there as well. As long as it's 5 Viziam Laser surfers per team with a good enough camera angle for me to keep track of the other DS's relatively well, I won't be picky.
In fact, if you can get two whole teams in the air, I'll up the ante to 150 mil total. 100 mil to the winning laser team and 50 mil to the loosing one. Might want to put some spawn beacons in good loading locations!

I just wanted something fun for the community, something to show them "yeah Dust's broken and unbalanced, but it can still be fun!'. Also, I'm really bored. =P But moreso for getting people together to have fun and show others there is fun to be had. I figured a all MLT event would encourage newer players to play.

Question to OP:
For the single squad challenge could the person filming be a 7th person who rides in the ship thus still providing a clear view?
I think this would allow a lot more people to participate as having a pilot WITH a cap card can be a tough find for some people.
The surfers are allowed to split up on separate DS roofs as long as I can keep decent track of the surfers.
As for the filmer of the event in a single squad challenge, I will allow a gunner to film from a seperate DS without roof surfers, but I expect them to be able to keep much better track of the action and remain relatively close to the participating dropships. He's basically a camera man with a person controlling his camera base. He must be able to stay in the air for the entire match without loosing track of the Laser DS's for more than 30 seconds (unless it/they are downed, in which case of course you will be unable to until they return to the fight).
