Personally with the potential Legion has to allow us to select where and when we fight, not to mention how we fight, I feel like it's time we look into how we mercenaries interact with Planetary Infrastructure (PI) and how the established infrastructure could affect our maps.
For those of you that don't know for every world a player is looking to do PI on is a Command centre and a Customs Office in orbit. The Command centre acts are a sort of central hub and a collection point for resources generated, while the Customs office is the Space side collection point.
This gives us a great many possibilities for Raiding and Mercenary interaction with PI.
Now there are 4 types...... well technically three designs of Command Centre. By this I mean there are 6 types of planetary Command centre with several sharing the same blue print/ icon on the EVE markets.

Now what PI does is drawn commodities from the planet, collects them, and sends them to the Customs Office for EVE player o collect and sell.
What I propose is that CCP creates a model for each Commando Centre, or a map encompassed within the Command Centre for the express use of Clone Mercenary Raiding.
By this I infer that we Mercenaries are able to locate, select, and target specific players PI Infrastructure allowing us to siphon off either in a one off theft, or over time from the original owner. Perhaps it also serves as a form of battle generation where PI owners can station clones on their assets to protect them from Raids.

Temperate- Verdant Theme, Tall Tower like Structure. High Verticality. Partial Exterior Access Barren- Desert or Devoid theme, Tall Tower like Structure. High Verticality. Partial Exterior Access
Ice- Snow/ Tundra Theme. Squat partially underground building. Partial Exterior Access. Lava- Lava/ Volcanic/ Molten River Theme. Squat partially underground building. Partial Exterior Access. Storm- Urban/ Shielded City/ Kamino Theme. Squat partially underground building. Partial Exterior Access.
Gas- Internal Orbital Station. Totally internal, window looking into the Gas Clouds.
Oceanic- Tropical Theme. Archiapelago structure, partially submerged. Bridges/ Partial but limited Exterior Access.
Game Mode
Raid- Initiated by attacker. Single Squad Max. Possible Opposition/ Hacking/ Exploration.
Pay Out- In Consumer Items for sale on Market.
