I would love that....maybe since we are being loyal CCP customers we should get 2 different blueprints of pirate factions.

That's cool and all but definitely not as the only reward to Dust players. Not everyone is going is very affectionate towards the Guristas after all. Many would probably just sell it on the open market. I'd say try to think of something that would be a little more worthwhile for everyone.

Guristas are their own faction though that claim's the caldari stole from them. Thier might is quickly building up to surpass every other pirate faction at this rate they'll become a stellar nation of their own able to rival sansha or modu.

Here's another complaint about such reward given to Dust players. In Legion I believe the idea is still that all dropsuits are BPOs to help players gain a sense of identity. How good exactly would these suits be? You don't want to make them the best because then Dust players have no reason to work towards other suits, but then once players get those other better suits they will have absolutely no use for the reward suit and would likely end up getting sold on the open market and then losing it's significance.

I know I'm just not happy the CCP only seems to bring out and suppy Caldari and Gallente factions.
I'd also hazard to say they are not near close enough to the Nation..... who are regularly throwing hundreds of Battleships and Super Caps out of wormholes.......

I think the idea is that suits advance along with your character. You never actually "switch" your suit other than for another race/class.
Now that he's officially working on progression 2.0 (3.0 actually, according to IWS) no one really knows though.

Not too long ago CCP Z supposedly announced at the end of the "Progression" thread (before it got removed) that changes have been made to the proposed system of progression. I'm still waiting on the supposed changes and I'm not sure how that involved BPO suits, but I hope the changes are closer to the culture of New Eden.
