What is the difference between a Nanite Injector and a Militia Injector? They seem to be the same thing but the Militia cost more? |

Militia and standard gear have basically the same stats, but militia gear does not have to be skilled into and costs more PG/CPU to fit. It is basically something that anyone can use without investing skill points, but at a cost. I believe this is the same thing with weapons, suits, etc. They take no SP investment but they are not as efficient.

This is exactly right. It typically costs more CPU/PG BUT costs less ISK and requires zero SP in order to be able to use. Some people run MLT instead of Basic to save a few hundred ISK per suit.
