So I run the V-Flux Uplink with my A-Logi. I have 3 points in my A-logi.
2 things of note:
1) If I drop the V-Flux Uplink (i.e -21.5% bonus = ~8sec spawn) with my 30% bonus I should either be 5 seconds or 6 seconds. I've confirmed with teammates that it comes up as 7 seconds.
2) If I drop it without my amarr it will, sometimes, show up at 9 seconds
Please advise.

Based on the numerous tests that have been run:
- you must be wearing the suit with the expected bonus (which I assume you are with the links you want)
- once you lay your links, you still must maintain the suit throughout the battle for the bonus to persist
- if you come in with a suit other than your logi, it will lag a bit as the game catches up on checks for you and your laid EQ, but the bonus will be stripped
- put your logi suit back on and the bonus will return (again, with some lag)
If you are bleeding out, all the uplinks, no matter who laid them will start counting down. So if you wait for the full bleed out, most all links can get down to 3 seconds.
I'm not sure how your testing is being done and if you're seeing strange behavior outside of what I'm speaking to, but just a general FYI on the eq being tied to your suit.

I just did the math and you're right, it should be ~7. I haven't tested this out with friends while persisting in my suit for a whole match so I can't verify. I might whip out the elgato and see if I can capture the test.
LOL didn't see the original post you made.
Either way, I REALLY want to go to 5 and get proto A-Logi BUT if the bonus isn't applying correctly AND ccp really doesn't want to address it then it is a waste and I'll just stay at 3 points.
