Well I hear that chat channels cause lag, so I don't have any. Though sometimes I activate some then deactivate to talk to certain people. |

I believe it only happens when you exceed a certain number that it begins to take noticeable affect, not quite sure on the number though maybe 7?

Nah all that input from the channels lag you sadly.
Same with the entire voice com system in DUST. It's a shame cuz it delivers such high quality audio world wide, compared to like GTA which is horrible.
But completely turning off voice in the options and removing chat channels improves game performance noticeably. |
