What if basic dropsuit skills gave a flat efficacy bonus to modules, say 1 or 2% per level, to basic dropsuits?
For example: Minmitar Heavy Dropsuits Skill level V grants 5 or 10% bonus to module efficacy for Minmitar Heavy Frame M-I, M/1 -Series and mk.0.

I'd rather see Basic Medium Frames have 2 equipment slots, as it would create a middle ground between the Assault and Logistics, as well as making it unique and useful even after someone has the Assault variant.
Basic Light Frames should have a lower Scan Profile than Light Frames. That way, it would make up for the fact that they cannot effectively fit a cloak (due to the lack of Cloak Field reduction bonus); basically turning it into the "go-to" suit for Scouts who don't wish to be tied down by a cloak.
Basic Heavy Frames should have an additional module slot. This makes up for the fact that it doesn't have the weapon resistances found in the Sentinel, and it could make Basic Frames the "go-to" suit for Sentinels looking for a good AV Dropsuit.

Except maybe the profile one on the Lights, i'd prefer if something wackoer happened, but it would result it much(including my) QQ.
Remove light from Scout, add 2nd equip.
