Besides scouts automatically getting a 75% reduction to cloak CPU/PG, I think the SCOUT bonus should be 5% per level to scan radius. Think about it. They would all be scouts with just different roles...but I still don't know what the Amarr should get for a racial bonus. I mean...do they even ewar bro? Ermahgerd give assaults an EHP buff, but make it only effect the type of health they tank (minmatar still gets an EHP buff to both health bars) to emphasize specific tanking. The ammo capacity bonus would be nice, however, it wouldn't really do anything for the Amarr Assault with the Scrambler Rifle, but it's better than nothing. Of course Caldari would get a bonus to +HP per level for shields, Gallente for armor reppers, and Amarr for armor. Minmatar...well...idk BIOTICS (not my idea) or maybe damage mods.

Gallente needs something better than bonus to armor reps, i dont even use those because they are useless, good luck winning a fight with a regen of 7hp against a caldari that can do it x5 faster. and we even have to sacrifice a slot for it, so yeah the gallente assault needs something better than bonus to armor repair -_-. RoF would be nice thats a real bonus right there for the gallente assault and it sounds so assaulty. |

I speed tank my Ak.0 and from what I done over the past few days I don't get why some Matar scouts complain, like I've gone toe to toe with some heavies and destroyed them plus most of your hp is in shields so no need for a rep.
Its alright everyone, no need to worry it's just an Amarr scout :(

That would be crazy. Give them a suppression skill like a greater clip size. Think about it. A bunch of assault not having to reload and heva plenty of shields so they can keep assaulting. So medium range suppression I guess...
