So i was playing dust using my amarr scout of course and i started wondering while i was playing a match were almost every
race of scouts were in. Why the hell do we only get one real bonus so i pondered a bit our bonus is basically the effect of 1
module while everyone else has the effect of at least 2 so i said id search the forums were pp, were pitching a idea for another
bonus and i didn't see one so that why im making this for ppl to suggest possible second bonuses it doesn't have to be a effect
of a module by i do say the amarr brothers deserve something extra because during that whole match i feared each scout for a
reason i feared the min scouts because it was ac close skirm and the guy was hacking everything in seconds, i feared gallente
scout for obvious reasons, and i feared the cal scout because as a scout myself im trying to get my team a better advantage in
the map when it comes to traps and taking out lone wolf but a cal scout fulfills its role of seeing everything and hunting me
down so it was nerve racking having to constantly watch out for that. But then i got to the amarr and i said should i really fear
the fact that he can run a long time. So after thinking about it i believe a good bonus for amarr scout would be to reduce the
movement speed penalty on ferroscale and reactive plates not regular because then it would be op and i don't want pp
l calling my amarr scout fotm with 700 armor and no speed penalty but i think on ferroscale and reactive it fits since the
amarr scout is a light assault it should have a little more health than the average scout but should still retain it speed as a
scout this bonus is a good balance for what the amarr scout is as a whole.

I play mine like a preying mantis and defend objectives or I use that stamina to flank. I also find myself killing other scouts more often than not.

Yeah it sucks having to use a low slot for a range amp.

in the case of ferroscale plates maybe we should get more hp out of the module itself i have it proto but i dont get the fear factor i want when i play one and see one |

Your welcome. thats the caldari bonus really plus its not really amarr like i just want ppl to fear the suit imstead of saying it just runs alot .Amarr are more tanky really

But i think on ferroscale and reactive it fits since the amarr scout is a light assault it should have a little more health than the average scout but should still retain it speed as a scout this bonus is a good balance for what the amarr scout is as a whole. This should make the post easier to read.
Anyways, the problem with giving Scouts a bonus to HP modules is that your negating the only drawback that balances the Scout's superior eWAR and Speed capabilities (which is supposed to be extremely low HP).
