You have to have NO LIFE to win this event. Literally all they have to do is use the OP caldari scout, and not sleep for the whole 71 hours and 30 minutes.

While I'm inclined to agree, this really is the first event that's come around to give these people something. It could even be considered a thank you by CCP to the people who put hours upon hours into Dust. Every other event thus far has been helpful to everyone, noobs and vets alike, but CCP have only now done something to give the people who've stuck with the game for long periods of time a shot at something more than a little more unneeded SP.
Granted, I still don't care for this event, but I still think it's cool that they're giving something to the people who put the most time into the game.

Just from an artist's standpoint, I know I'd want to thank the people who took the most joy in my creation in some way, so I really can't get on CCP's back for this one, even if it is kinda annoying.
Been here since day 1 of closed beta can barely make event due to work. Though I do appreciate the event.

This isn't helpful to vets. It only benefits the ISK rich, power hungry (albeit false power) FOTM chasers. Period.
CCP doesn't need an event to benefit them. The game's programmed to. The CPM vote was biased toward Kain Spero and look what he "accomplished." |

My next event will be creating my own company because with a friend and myself we will be designing automatic system for houses.
If it was it for me i will be working alone but i need him if i had some epileptic issues that will not allowed me to be there working and for now am quite **** of because my ******* partner is not getting use to work with some RGB lights now, and i have to finish my thesis with an university that doesn't want that is like playing hardcore.
