Not sure if I have 60 hours on this character or not. I play a lot of different characters so...
You can't vote for CPM if you don't have that much play time.
However on the same PSN two of mine might have that much combined. Also is it time played in actual matches or sitting in the damn merc quarters? |

I would think characters on the same PSN should count together, as it's the account that votes, not the character, but it depends on how their code is written.

When you go to vote, if you do not have enough hours you will be told how many you have. If you don't have enough at the beginning when voting opens, you can still make up the extra hours and vote later in the voting period.

This may fall on deaf ears, but even if they were to count separately please don't use multiple characters/accounts to vote more than seven times.

I would like some clarification here myself. Can sereral characters on a single PSN account all vote? Can one PSN account have 3 first choice votes or just 1?

It should be hours in match, so if you have been sitting in the merc quarters for 59 hours and played 1 hour of matches then no dice.

Probably the right way to go to prevent abuse, though I feel it warrants noting that much of the "game" is not in matches, and CCP should be careful to designate time in matches specifically, as opposed to calling it game time in general.
