Pfft I have a caldari assault Cko build that's shields kick in at 98 hp per second after .75 of a second and with 400+ shields I'm not easy to take down at ranges of 50+ m

dude go on fit it up an see I have over 41 mill sp in to maxed shield skills as well as all other core skills needed for my suits and hav's so eat it chump.
3 complex regulators 2 complex shield extenders 1 enhanced energizer and 1 complex recharger.

I just checked myself and he can't. The suit doesn't have that much fitting room. Granted, you can make something close, but you're gonna have under 400 shielding if you want anything close to 90 on the recharge rate. Two complex energizers only get you to 86 on the recharge. I didn't even get to weapons before running out of CPU... now, a Caldari Logi on the other hand... that's possible, but the assault suit just can't do that.
