The TacAR is a great weapon once again, however, its not PC viable because of the lag.
Firerate wins in PC. The burst AR might make its way into MH soon I think. I'm using it on my Gal character(this one) and I'm finding it just as good as a CR. It also chews Minmatars and Caldaris to ribbons.
PEs however are OP as all heck. You can set them down, and insta-kill tank without having to do anything. They are cheap killing AV. You don't even have to still be in your original PE suit for them to explode.
If they did 250 damage each, then I think it would be balanced. Because setting black match boxes on the ground shouldn't net you 350WP in an instant. |

i think based on context they are talking aboutproxexplosives
and i have never seen them effective even once which is why i don use em..when i start see prox kills drop down the feed ill reassess my judgment |

They work really nicely on LAVs :)
And they're good for denial of area for HAVs. The HAV has to either stop to shoot them, at which point you can smack him down with some kind of AV, or he drives over them and gets gibbed by the damage :)

It's a skill honing tool. Only useful in Gallente Research facility

I can attest to the honing part, but any large sockets in general are good places for it.
