I haven't said weapons must be used by assault and just the shotgun by scout, Just, it's not understandable that using scout is better than using assault, to make assault's job. The only ways to fix this are: better bonuses (there is not much left in that area without other suits getting bonuses changed) more hp / pg / cpu (they just turn into small heavies with light weapons once they are tanked out) not make the commando be the best assault suit (those are not going any where) Im sure there are other ways it could be changed that may make it work but we just have too many roles for the weapons and equipment that are available so one of them is going to get left out. I think the only thing to do right now is to take an example from the Amarr assault. The Amarr started out being the only one with a good bonus and with the slot changes it has really become a great slayer fit that people can actually build it to perform better than a logi or commando playing that role. Laser focused in a room full of mirrors. Everything you ever wanted coming SoonGäó just keep buying boosters.

YEAH BK-42 Assault combat rifle.... 24/8 Too much easy for them... 1) give better bonus to assault suit 2) give better bonus to racial assault suit 3) give 25HP/s shield regen for caldari scout AND 1hp/s passive armor repair for gallente scout 4) give the caldari/gallente scout bonus to MOD (ex : 5% efficienty a level) 5) STOP scout-tanking (I think it would be stoped with n-¦3) 6) Add 1 mod and more PG / CPU / passive HP to EACH assault (and medium frame), for STA, ADV, PRO 7) More stamina for assault (and medium frame) 8) Add 3% passive speed to assault (medium frame) Done.
