I read through the thread, but I didn't really find an answer to these questions.
They say that over 4 weekends, the player with the highest kill count will win. My main question is this:
1) Can one person win for every category, or is it just one person winning every weekend? Ie: Player (X) gets the most kills in weekend one in Plasma Cannons, but player (Y) got the most kills with Shotguns, (Z) gets it in Plasma Rifles.
Does that mean that each player gets to name an officer weapon for their respective categories, or does it mean that only the player with the highest kills of those 3 gets to name one?
2) Does it mean that over the 4 weekends, only 1 player wins every weekend or that 12 people win in their own categories every weekend?
3) Does player (X) have to top the boards all 4 weekends in order to win, or can they win one weekend and stop?
4) Since the weekends aren't summed up for total kills, refer to question 2).

One person for every category.
It's only one winner per category - the highest record in any of the 4 weekends wins.
You don't need to do it every weekend, you just need to set the record once.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

And since you don't know who holds the record after a weekend, you are to essentially play all 4 and try to break your last record. Thanks for the clarification.

Big one I want to know: Are the weekends tallied separately, or together? Example: Weekend 1: 300 kills with the Federation PLC Weekend 2: ran out of federation PLCs and started using ISK ones: another 300 kills Weekend 3: I am I magical magical leprechaun and got 1069 kills with my ISK PLC Weekend 4: Had a drill weekend (not sure which one exactly, but one will be it), so I only had 100 ISK PLC kills Weekend 5: another 300 with the ISK plasma cannon
So, would that be counted as 1769 kills because that was the total, (may derp maths), or 1069 kills because that was my highest for a weekend?

Good luck to you.
@Scheneighnay - Only your highest kill count for each weapon counts.
Ie:
If you get 500 kills on Weekend 1, but less than that on the rest, 500 will be your record. Kill counts are separated by weapon categories.
Also: There is no 1+1=2, it's just whatever you get as your high record is what you will stand at.
