You know, I always see this "They would still stomp you in militia gear" pop up on the forums yet I never actually see anyone practising this in game.

Granted they might still win the battle due to good good game and proper battle tactics - however when people like me are running solo or in a small squad - there would be a vastly increased chance that I get a kill if that dude was wearing militia / cheaper stuff compared to the full proto.

If we had the ability to chose battles with restrictions (I.e milita / standard gear only) etc...I guarantee you that nearly every battle would be a lot more intense for all. Probably a lot more fun as well.

Look at like almost any other successful FPS game. They usually dont give select players double / triple / more EHP, a gun that can do up to 40-50% more damage etc etc...

I love this game because of that aspect - however I WISH there was a way to display / see isk efficiency in battles as well as having the ability to CHOOSE what level of gameplay I wish to participate in.

Thats a lot to ask of a game on life support. I am happy that they are keeping the lights on. Have you seen lately how sh!tty the battles have been. Barely been full,,lopsided,, stacked against randoms. There just aren't enough players to divide them out. You would end up with so pretty funky sh!t.

And HMGs are quite powerful and easy to use so making a lot of kills doesn't matter, just that you make more. So have fun getting all dem kills and then not winning because getting all dem kills with an HMG is torch through butter.
