I ask my Prima fighters to take only basic or advanced stuff for pub. And we are max 6...
We don't decide who is with us and who's against.
We play 60 % ambush, 20% domi, 20% skyrmish.
I don't know how to do more. Maybe we could moonwalking in the mcc during 5 minutes when you are in the other side. When the map will be red, text me and we will attack slowly.
Seriously, find a good corporation to learn all the little things to win battles. we all started like you, we all have been redlined, we all learned about these defeats. We all thank ennemies have better stuff or better skills or lagswitch, or vaudoo spells.
Experience+Communication+teamwork > Proto stuff+roof camping+cheated weapons+glitched drop uplinks+v+¬hicule spam
Changing your server could be a solution. We are usually in the Europe one.

Depend on who you face in our corp Rogue, but I can assure you that even if we have more scouts than before (damn this 1.8), we still have less than some corporations which now seem to use proto scout as a condition to enter their corporations.
As for ambush, I join Dark Cloud on what he say, ambush is only a question to slaughter or be slaughtered in the first 10 seconds (and in OMS to have proto tanks or no). I only use it if I really need to farm money. Otherwise, like other corpmates, I enjoy skirmish as it rely more on teamplay.
Another thing you can try, is to join our public channel : Prima Gallicus
Almost all the french community is on there alongside some people from different corporations we often meet ingame. It shouldn't be difficult to find a squad on this channel.

If you mean the second, then you talk to the wrong people guy. We got killed by our own teammate on FW when we capture a CRU or a drop uplink they use to farm kills. I won't quote any corp or any players that have turn on us for that, but it happen more than you can think. I don't say we are perfect little saint, I just want to say that their are corps far worse than ours.
